went to the gym this morning had a free trial.

I elliptical for 25mins biked for 5, did some weights and abs , walked for 25 mins.

Then i had a remedial massage which was so nice!

tomorrow morning Im gonna do some yoga and have a swim.

today i ate a muesli bar for breakfast, some toast and soup for lunch then some butter chicken on rice for tea and had some licorice just now
